3 years ago, I got hit by a Lyft driver on my bike downtown and messed up my knee. The driver blamed the passenger who opened the door into me, the passenger blamed the driver for not pulling over. I tried to handle this on my own, but it was a mess. Lyft said the drivers insurance covered it, the drivers insurance said they had a carve out when she was driving for Lyft. Even with the driver ticketed and detail from the police report indicating their fault, no one was willing to step up and cover the medical bills.
I called Arman and he squared all that away immediately. He ensured all of my medical bills and rehab were covered and got me a judgment allowing me to replace my bike and accounting for all the time/suffering this took. These insurance companies will try everything they can to absolve themselves from responsibility meaning the deck is really stacked against you in these situations. Arman and the team at Sarkisian and Sarkisian really did a great job here and quickly got us a fair outcome. Can’t recommend them enough!
