Arman G. Sarkisian

Biography

Arman G. Sarkisian is a plaintiffs’ trial lawyer with Sarkisian, Sarkisian & Associates, P.C., representing injured individuals and their families in Indiana and Illinois. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the State of Illinois, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Northern District of Illinois. He is an active member of the Lake County Bar Association, Porter County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and is a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice.

Arman earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and legal studies from Nova Southeastern University, where he also played on the men’s soccer team. He began his legal education at Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2006 and graduated in 2009. During law school, he participated in a nonprofit legal clinic, studied abroad in Barcelona, and played for Indiana University’s men’s club soccer program. While in school he also became a licensed real estate broker and has maintained a small real estate business alongside his legal practice. Arman joined the firm in September 2010 and has devoted his practice to personal injury work ever since. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 through 2025 and has been listed as a Super Lawyer beginning in 2026.

Arman did not set out specifically to become a personal injury lawyer; after law school, his uncle Greg reached out needing help at the firm, and that opportunity set the course of his career. Over time, he has come to deeply value representing people who have been injured by the poor decisions or actions of others and believes that, in most cases, injured people do not receive full and fair compensation without qualified legal representation. Arman emphasizes clear, patient communication with his clients, recognizing that they do not share a lawyer’s training or perspective. He makes himself regularly available, takes time to explain what is happening and why, and wants every client to leave their case feeling they received competent representation and a clear understanding of the process and outcome.

Born and raised in northwest Indiana, and a graduate of Valparaiso High School, Arman returned to the region after several years away for undergraduate and graduate studies and has since put down deep roots with his family and the firm. His immediate and extended family all live in northwest Indiana, and they remain very close. Outside the office, Arman and his wife are devoted animal lovers who have always had dogs and believe strongly in adopting or fostering when life allows. He continues to play competitive indoor and outdoor soccer as often as he can, carrying forward a passion that began long before his legal career.
