Biography
Chase Sarkisian is a plaintiffs’ personal injury attorney with Sarkisian, Sarkisian & Associates, P.C., representing injured individuals and their families across Indiana and Illinois. He is admitted to practice law in both states and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Drawing on a lifelong connection to his family’s firm and the communities of Northwest Indiana, Chase focuses his practice on helping people navigate the legal system after they have been injured through no fault of their own.
Chase earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015, where he was involved with the University of Colorado Program Council. He went on to attend the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2024 and completing the school’s Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution program. Before law school, Chase worked in residential real estate in the Denver/Boulder area, experience that sharpened his understanding of how financial pressures and property issues affect people’s lives. After returning home for law school, he officially joined the firm as an attorney in 2024, having previously worked there throughout high school at the front desk and later as a paralegal during law school.
Chase’s decision to become a lawyer grew naturally out of his upbringing. He spent his childhood watching his father practice law and saw firsthand the impact it had on clients who were going through some of the hardest moments of their lives. He chose plaintiff’s personal injury work because he values standing up for people who have been hurt and are being treated unfairly by insurance companies or the system. Clients can expect straightforward communication, honest advice, and a steady advocate who is fully invested in their case. Chase prides himself on being approachable and clear in his explanations, while bringing a detail-oriented, well-prepared, and strategic approach to negotiation and litigation. His background in Economics and real estate gives him a practical understanding of the real-world financial consequences an injury can have, which he brings to every case he handles.
Born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, Chase graduated from Valparaiso High School and has deep roots in Northwest Indiana. After several years living and working in Colorado, he returned home to attend law school and begin his practice, and he has been representing clients in the region since 2024. He comes from a close-knit family and works alongside his father Greg, his brother Kane, his sister Katie, and his cousin Arman at the firm. Outside of work, Chase loves being outdoors—hiking, cycling, and snowboarding—and is an avid live-music fan who enjoys concerts and a wide range of music, including rock, bluegrass, Americana, and jazz.
