Biography

Randy K. Fleming is a plaintiffs’ personal injury and disability attorney with Sarkisian, Sarkisian & Associates, P.C., representing injured and disabled clients throughout Northwest Indiana. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Randy has practiced with the firm and its predecessor firms continuously since 1993 and has been affiliated with the office for more than three decades. He is an active member of the Porter County Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.

Randy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Valparaiso University in 1990 and went on to receive his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1993. During law school he clerked for Sarkisian & Ostojic, P.C. from 1992 to 1993, then joined the firm as an attorney and has remained there ever since as the firm evolved into Sarkisian & Ostojic, Sarkisian & Fleming, Sarkisian, Fleming, Grabarek & Sarkisian, P.C., and now Sarkisian, Sarkisian & Associates, P.C.

Randy enjoys representing injured and disabled clients by helping them recover the damages or disability benefits they deserve. He takes a hands-on approach with every case and works to maintain open lines of communication with his clients—whether by telephone, email, or letters—so they understand what is happening at each stage of their matter and feel supported throughout the process.

Originally from Rensselaer, Indiana, Randy met his wife while they were both attending Valparaiso University, and they have been married for more than 34 years. They have four grown children—Clarke, Hanna, Jackson, and Johnathan—and over the course of their marriage have lived in Valparaiso, Portage, and Chesterton, where all four children graduated from Chesterton High School. Randy most enjoys spending time with his family, whether watching movies together at home or traveling and taking trips as a family.
